Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16.25 oz. Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix {1 box}
- 2 Egg Whites
- ½ cup Melted Butter, or Canola Oil, or Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 Wilton Leaf Green Icing Color
- 2 Tbsp. Green or St. Patrick’s Day Sprinkles
Instruction
- Combine cake mix, egg whites, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
- Chill dough in refrigerator for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
- Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
- Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
- Cool on cooling racks, and once cool it’s time to frost!
- Using your favorite homemade or store bought tub of Cream Cheese Frosting, mix in just a smidge of Wilton Leaf Green Icing Color – a little bit goes a long way! Stir until frosting is tinted green.
- Frost cookies, and sprinkle on some festive green or St. Patrick’s Day Sprinkles, and ENJOY!!
