Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16.25 oz. Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix {1 box}
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • ½ cup Melted Butter, or Canola Oil, or Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 Wilton Leaf Green Icing Color
  • 2 Tbsp. Green or St. Patrick’s Day Sprinkles

Instruction

  • Combine cake mix, egg whites, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
  • Chill dough in refrigerator for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
  • Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
  • Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
  • Cool on cooling racks, and once cool it’s time to frost!
  • Using your favorite homemade or store bought tub of Cream Cheese Frosting, mix in just a smidge of Wilton Leaf Green Icing Color – a little bit goes a long way! Stir until frosting is tinted green.
  • Frost cookies, and sprinkle on some festive green or St. Patrick’s Day Sprinkles, and ENJOY!!
