The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 12 ounces lightly salted cocktail peanuts
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon sriracha seasoning (not sauce)
- 1 teaspoon firmly packed brown sugar
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place peanuts in a medium bowl.
- Stir together butter, sriracha seasoning, and brown sugar. Pour over peanuts and stir to coat.
- Spread peanuts out in single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stirring half way through baking.
- Cool to room temperature.
