Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 12 ounces lightly salted cocktail peanuts
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha seasoning (not sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon firmly packed brown sugar

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place peanuts in a medium bowl.
  • Stir together butter, sriracha seasoning, and brown sugar. Pour over peanuts and stir to coat.
  • Spread peanuts out in single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, stirring half way through baking.
  • Cool to room temperature.
