Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large Head Cauliflower, (rinsed and cut down into florets)
  • 1 tbsp, Sriracha
  • 1 Lime, ( zest and juice)
  • 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Add the cauliflower to a bowl.
  • Combine the Sriracha, lime zest and juice, and oil in a small bowl. Whisk together then pour over cauliflower. Toss to coat.
  • Add cauliflower to a baking sheet or roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
