Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts (app 2 lbs – boneless, skinless)
- 2 small limes (thinly sliced)
Instruction
- Combine the olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, sriracha, garlic, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
- Place the chicken in an oven-safe dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Thinly slice the additional limes and place on top of each piece of chicken.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for one hour to marinate.
- Before removing from the refrigerator, pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
- Remove the chicken from the refrigerator.
- Remove the cover from the dish and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
