Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts (app 2 lbs – boneless, skinless)
  • 2 small limes (thinly sliced)

Instruction

  • Combine the olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, sriracha, garlic, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
  • Place the chicken in an oven-safe dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
  • Thinly slice the additional limes and place on top of each piece of chicken.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for one hour to marinate.
  • Before removing from the refrigerator, pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
  • Remove the chicken from the refrigerator.
  • Remove the cover from the dish and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
