Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 6 hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
- 1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt, or sour cream)
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (plus more to dollop)
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- green onions for garnish (optional)
Instruction
- Slice eggs in half with a sharp, clean knife, cleaning in-between eggs with a damp towel.
- Add egg yolks and rest of the ingredients to a bowl- mash and mix with a fork.
- Add yolks back into the egg whites using a spoon or pastry bag.
- Garnish with a small dollop of sriracha and green onions.
