Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
  • 1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt, or sour cream)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (plus more to dollop)
  • 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • green onions for garnish (optional)

Instruction

  • Slice eggs in half with a sharp, clean knife, cleaning in-between eggs with a damp towel.
  • Add egg yolks and rest of the ingredients to a bowl- mash and mix with a fork.
  • Add yolks back into the egg whites using a spoon or pastry bag.
  • Garnish with a small dollop of sriracha and green onions.
