The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 3/4 pound very small new potatoes, halved (if you have larger potatoes, cut into quarters)
- 10 ounces baby carrots, halved lengthwise (quarter them lengthwise if large)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 medium head Savoy cabbage, cored
- 1 bunch radishes, tops and ends trimmed
- 1/2 cup peas (defrosted frozen peas are fine)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- 4 to 6 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, depending on your preference
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 6 tablespoons honey mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 or 3 teaspoons honey (optional)
