Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3/4 pound very small new potatoes, halved (if you have larger potatoes, cut into quarters)
  • 10 ounces baby carrots, halved lengthwise (quarter them lengthwise if large)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 medium head Savoy cabbage, cored
  • 1 bunch radishes, tops and ends trimmed
  • 1/2 cup peas (defrosted frozen peas are fine)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
  • 4 to 6 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, depending on your preference
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 6 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 or 3 teaspoons honey (optional)
