  • 340 gram SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham (tin)
  • 1.5 tbsp SKIPPY® Peanut Butter (smooth (or crunchy, if preferred))
  • 1.5 tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 100 grams frozen peas
  • 100 grams carrots
  • 300 grams medium egg noodles (straight-to-wok variety)
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 1 handful fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • candy eyes (optional)

Instruction

  • Cut SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham into five slices, lengthwise.
  • Using a small bone shaped cookie cutter, cut bones out of the SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham.
  • Cut bone shapes out of the carrots, and set aside.
  • Mix together SKIPPY® Peanut Butter, Thai sweet chilli sauce, dark soy sauce and water in a small bowl.
  • Heat sunflower oil in a wok over a medium-high heat. Add SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham "bones" and fry until browned on both sides.
  • Add the frozen peas and the carrot "bones" and stir fry for a further minute.
  • Add the SKIPPY® Peanut Butter sauce and stir well.
  • Add the straight-to-wok noodles, and stir well to combine, making sure the noodles are coated in the sauce.
  • Spoon into serving dishes, sprinkle with chopped, roasted peanuts and fresh coriander. Garnish with candy eyes, for extra spooky effect, if desired.
