The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 banana
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g Greek yogurt
- 20 g oats
- honey to taste (optional)
Instruction
- First prepare the banana - peel and slice it into rounds, then lay them out on lined baking tray and freeze for a couple of hours or overnight*.
- Before making your milkshake, prepare the bottle or glass that you are serving it in by gluing on a couple of googly eyes and drawing on a mouth with marker pen.
- To make the milkshake, add the milk, Greek yogurt and oats to a blender. Remove the banana from the freezer and add them to the blender too.
- Whizz together until completely smooth, then taste and add a little honey to sweeten if needed.
- Pour into the prepared bottle or glass, add a straw if wanted and serve.
