Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds (or raw sunflower seeds –if you have a high-powered blender)
- 3 tablespoons Apple Cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1/2 cup cilantro (packed, small stems ok)
- 1 teaspoon spirulina, more to taste
Instruction
- Place water, olive oil, seeds, vinegar, garlic clove, salt and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add the cilantro and spirulina, blend until smooth.
- Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
