Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  •  1/4 cup hemp seeds (or raw sunflower seeds –if you have a high-powered blender)
  • 3 tablespoons Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (packed, small stems ok)
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina, more to taste

Instruction

  • Place water, olive oil, seeds, vinegar,  garlic clove, salt and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add the cilantro and spirulina, blend until smooth.
  • Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
