Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1- (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Start by adding the spinach to a microwave safe steamer; then cook on high for 5-6 minutes until defrosted. Drain the excess water; then place in a mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, add the eggs, milk, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt and pepper; then whisk together and add to the spinach along with the cheese. Mix together; then place in the 1-quart baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the soufflé is puffed up in the center and the top springs back when gently touched.
