Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry*
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (1.4 ounce) packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped + more for garnish, if desired
- crackers and fresh vegetables for serving
Instruction
- It is very important to drain all of the water from the spinach. You can wrap the spinach in a few layers of paper towels or a kitchen towel and wring out the liquid. You could also press it in a potato ricer to remove the liquid. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, Knorr mix, water chestnuts and green onions. Stir well to combine. Stir in the spinach until fully combined.
- Cover dip and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers and fresh vegetables.
