  • 14 Manicotti Pasta
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Mozarella Cheese
