Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/2 cup (3.5oz, 100gr) quick-cooking brown rice
- 1 cup (8oz, 250ml) beef broth
- 2 medium carrots, roughly chopped
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- 2oz (60gr) spinach, washed, large leaves chopped
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 2 tsp oil
Instruction
- Cook rice in beef broth according to package directions.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet.
- Add carrots, onions, and sauté until tender.
- When rice is done, add it to the skillet, along with the spinach, soy sauce and marjoram.
- Cook, stirring, just until the spinach starts to wilt, 1 – 2 minutes.
- Serve.
