Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 batch sugar cookie dough (I used the stuff from the refrigerated section of the market)
  • 1 bag mini rolos
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1 package sugar eyeball sprinkles

Instruction

  • Bake your cookies according to package directions (I made mine on the small side, 20 total from one tube).
  • As soon as you remove them from the oven, gently press a mini rolo into the center of each cookie, then place two eyes gently against each rolo (the rolo will be a little melty so the eyes will stick).
  • When the rolos are cooled completely, put melted chocolate in an icing bag with a small tip (or sandwich bag with the tip cut off) and draw legs.  Allow chocolate to set.
