Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 teaspoons fresh turmeric root, grated
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, grated
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • liquid vanilla stevia to taste

Instruction

  • Grate turmeric and ginger root.
  • To a saucepan add milk, grate ginger and turmeric root and pepper. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Strain into mugs and add stevia to taste.  (I like SweetLeaf Vanilla Creme)
