Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 large mango, diced (tips & tricks)
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup red peppers, diced
- 1 large plum tomato, seeded and diced
- 2 large green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 large jalapeño pepper, seeded, ribs removed and finely diced
- 1/2 tsp. sambal oelek, or to taste
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Instruction
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed. Transfer to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (*see foonote).
- Serve salsa over white fish, crab cakes or with tortilla chips.
