Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 15 oz Corn
  • 2 cups Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeños ((canned and diced))
  • 15 oz Black beans
  • 1 tablespoon Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Beef broth

Instruction

  • In a large pot cook ground beef, crumbling and stir occasionally until browned. Drain fat and return to stove top.
  • Add corn, salsa, jalapeños, black beans, and taco seasoning to the pot with ground beef and mix together. 
  • Add broth and allow to cook on medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
  • Optional: Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, and fresh diced cilantro.
