Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup butternut pumpkin (steamed and cooled)
  • 1 medium sweet potato (steamed and cooled)
  • 3 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil*
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instruction

  • Using a blender/Food processor: Add the sweet potato and pumpkin in a blender/food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes, until mashed. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse to desired consistency (varies by brand).
  • By hand: Using a potato masher, mash the pumpkin and sweet potato very well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix very well until fully incorporated. (The consistency using this method is much thicker).
