- 1 pound green beans, washed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (plus extra to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1-2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instruction

- Fill a large pan with 1 inch of water and bring to a boil. Add green beans and blanch for 3 minutes. While the green beans cook, fill a large bowl with ice water and set aside.
- After the 3 minutes are up, strain green beans and then dunk them into the ice water for about 1 minute.
- Pour sesame oil into the pan and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add the green beans back in, stirring well to coat the beans.
