Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 21 ozs shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsps butter
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 2 tsps black Mustard seed
  • 3 red chili peppers (cut into thin strips)
  • Basil
  • Lemon wedge

Instruction

  • Toss the shrimps with the lemon juice and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
  • Heat the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic, mustard seeds and chillies and fry until softened and the seeds 'pop'.
  • Add the shrimps and cook for 3 minutes over a medium heat. Add the basil leaves for the last minute of cooking.
  • Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
