Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 21 ozs shrimp
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 tsps black Mustard seed
- 3 red chili peppers (cut into thin strips)
- Basil
- Lemon wedge
Instruction
- Toss the shrimps with the lemon juice and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
- Heat the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic, mustard seeds and chillies and fry until softened and the seeds 'pop'.
- Add the shrimps and cook for 3 minutes over a medium heat. Add the basil leaves for the last minute of cooking.
- Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
