Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound spaghetti 
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
  • Optional garnish – chopped cilantro

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl whisk together canola oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, honey, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  • Boil pasta according to package directions and drain.
  • Place the pasta in a large bowl and coat with the reserved soy sauce mixture.
  • Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro if desired.
