The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1 envelope Good Seasons dry Italian dressing mix
- 1/2 Tbs. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Tbs. dried dill
- 11 oz. package mini saltines
Instruction
- In a large, deep container, whisk together oil, lemon juice, Italian dressing mix, red pepper flakes, and dill. Add crackers and stir to coat.
- Cover container with an airtight lid (or tightly with plastic wrap) and allow to sit for 18-24 hours, shaking two or three times to continue coating with seasoning.
- Preheat oven to 250F. Pour crackers onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Store for up to a week in an airtight container at room temperature.
