Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 package SeaPak Butterfly Shrimp
  • 1 package SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp
  • 1 package SeaPak Beer Battered Shrimp
  • 2 – 28 oz. cans of crushed tomatoes
  • 4 – 5 cloves of garlic – crushed
  • 1/2 cup of fresh Italian parsley – chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbs. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 3 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 lb. of your favorite pasta
  • Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh lemon slices for garnish

Instruction

  • Heat a heavy saucepan with the olive oil.
  • Add garlic and parsley to the pan and sauté until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Add the crushed tomatoes and seasonings and continue to simmer on a gentle heat for 25 – 30 minutes.
  • While the sauce is gently simmering prepare the Seapak as directed.
  • Prepare the pasta as directed
  • Place the pasta is a large serving bowl.
  • Add the cooked seafood and the tomato sauce and gently toss.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil, a few dashes of red pepper flakes, lemon and grated cheese and fresh parsley over the dish and serve.
