Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 lb Kielbasa
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 10 oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles (10)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 12 oz Elbow Shaped Pasta
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Add olive oil to an oven-safe skillet over medium high heat. Once oil is warm add sausage onions, bell pepper and garlic and cook about 3-5 minutes, until sausage is browned.
  • Next add chicken broth, tomatoes, cream, pasta, Worcestershire Sauce. Paprika salt and pepper and stir. Bring to a boil, cover skillet, and allow to simmer for 15 minutes
  • Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle remaining cheese and scallions. Broil until cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
