The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 roasted red bell peppers (+ more for garnish, optional)
- 15 ounces garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper
Instruction
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
