The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 curry leaves
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 cups puffed rice
- 1/4 tsp salt (or as required)
Instruction
- In a wok add vegetable oil, crushed garlic, and curry leaves.
- Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add turmeric powder, puffed rice, and salt.
- In medium heat, toss for 4 minutes until the puffed rice coated with masala and becomes crispy.
- Serve immediately or store in air tight container.
