Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or as required)

Instruction

  • In a wok add vegetable oil, crushed garlic, and curry leaves.
  • Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add turmeric powder, puffed rice, and salt.
  • In medium heat, toss for 4 minutes until the puffed rice coated with masala and becomes crispy.
  • Serve immediately or store in air tight container.
