Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 1 tsp ground Turmeric
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Lemongrass (finely chopped)
- 1.25 inches fresh ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 red chili peppers (cut into rings)
- 8 scallions (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 6.5 cups Prawn (ready-to-eat)
- soy sauce
Instruction
- Heat the oil in a hot wok and fry the turmeric, cumin, lemon grass and ginger. Add the chilli, spring onions and garlic and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the prawns, cook until done and then season with soy sauce, salt and ground black pepper.
