Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 Tbsps Peanut oil
  • 1 tsp ground Turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Lemongrass (finely chopped)
  • 1.25 inches fresh ginger (finely chopped)
  • 2 red chili peppers (cut into rings)
  • 8 scallions (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 6.5 cups Prawn (ready-to-eat)
  • soy sauce

Instruction

  • Heat the oil in a hot wok and fry the turmeric, cumin, lemon grass and ginger. Add the chilli, spring onions and garlic and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add the prawns, cook until done and then season with soy sauce, salt and ground black pepper.
