Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 14oz (400gr) pork chops, boneless, cut in half
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs ketchup
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder, divided
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tbs tapioca
- 1 cup (8oz, 240gr) peeled, chopped tomatoes
Instruction
- Combine onions, celery, garlic, pepper, oregano, mustard, 1 tsp chili powder, ketchup, tapioca, and tomatoes in the slow cooker.
- Top with the pork.
- Sprinkle pork with Worcestershire sauce, then 1/2 tsp chili powder and salt..
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, turning pork once..
- Spoon onto a platter and serve.
