Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups pomegranate arils
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (deseeded and diced)
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 1 can black beans (15 ounce, rinsed)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • In a glass mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
  • For best flavor, chill the salsa for 1 to 2 hours prior to serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips
