Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4, 4-ounce cod fillets
- wedge of fresh lime, to garnish
- For the Miso Marinade:
- 2 Tbsps miso paste
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 2 Tbsps coconut aminos, or light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped red chili peppers
Instruction
- In a small bowl whisk all the marinade ingredients.
- Place the marinade in a ziploc bag together with the cod fillets.
- Rub it over the fish until well coated. Refrigerate and allow to marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Add in the marinaded cod, and bake in your preheated oven for about 15 minutes until flaky and golden.
- Garnish with lime wedges and chili slices.
- Enjoy it with a side of cooked brown rice.
