Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4, 4-ounce cod fillets
  • wedge of fresh lime, to garnish
  • For the Miso Marinade:
  • 2 Tbsps miso paste
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 2 Tbsps coconut aminos, or light soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsps fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped red chili peppers

Instruction

  • In a small bowl whisk all the marinade ingredients.
  • Place the marinade in a ziploc bag together with the cod fillets.
  • Rub it over the fish until well coated. Refrigerate and allow to marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Add in the marinaded cod, and bake in your preheated oven for about 15 minutes until flaky and golden.
  • Garnish with lime wedges and chili slices.
  • Enjoy it with a side of cooked brown rice.
