  • 8 oz refried beans
  • 4 oz cream cheese (or lower-fat Neufchâtel)
  • 4 oz pepper jack cheese (shredded (about 1 cup))
  • 1 16-oz can refried beans
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 12 oz sour cream (I used light)
  • 3/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (seeds removed and finely diced)
  • 1 16-oz can black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 18 oz Pace® Chunky Salsa (medium)
  • 3 oz queso fresco (crumbled)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
