- 8 oz refried beans
- 4 oz cream cheese (or lower-fat Neufchâtel)
- 4 oz pepper jack cheese (shredded (about 1 cup))
- 1 16-oz can refried beans
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 12 oz sour cream (I used light)
- 3/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 jalapeno pepper (seeds removed and finely diced)
- 1 16-oz can black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 18 oz Pace® Chunky Salsa (medium)
- 3 oz queso fresco (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
