Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 400 g Cashew Nuts (Whole)
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 20-25 Curry Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
Instruction
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add curry leaves and fry until they are crisp.
- Remove them on a plate.
- Add cashew nuts in the same ghee and roast on low heat until browned.
- Add curry leaves, salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala to the cashew nuts and mix well.
- Cool the mixture and store in an air tight container.
