Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 400 g Cashew Nuts (Whole)
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 20-25 Curry Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder

Instruction

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add curry leaves and fry until they are crisp.
  • Remove them on a plate.
  • Add cashew nuts in the same ghee and roast on low heat until browned.
  • Add curry leaves, salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala to the cashew nuts and mix well.
  • Cool the mixture and store in an air tight container.
