Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 400g canned lentils drained
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 pinch salt *to taste
- 1 carrot grated small
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp chives chopped
Instruction
- Process lentils, breadcrumbs, egg, curry powder and salt until smooth.
- Place mixture in a bowl and mix in carrot and herbs.
- Add more breadcrumbs if mixture is too soft to handle.
- Roll mixture into eight patties and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Shallow fry patties until lightly browned and heated through.
