Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini paste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Zaatar, paprika, sumac, or any desired spice
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, plus more for garnish

Instruction

  • In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Sprinkle with your favorite spice, a few leaves of chopped parsley and an extra drizzle of olive oil. Serve alongside your favorite snack or vegetable.
