Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 Whole Cucumbers (sliced thinly)
- 4 Whole Garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 Whole Medium Yellow Onion (big diced)
- 2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tsp Dill weed
- 1 Cup White wine vinegar
- 2 Cups Water
Instruction
- Pack cucumbers into 2 mason jars - 1 big and 1 small. Divide garlic, pepper, and red pepper flake 2/3 and 1/3 between the jars. In a small saucepan add water, vinegar and salt. Bring to a low boil, cook until salt dissolves.Pour the liquid into the mason jars. Let the vinegar do its things. Stick in the fridge overnight.Serve and enjoy!
