Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 3 Cups Cooked Chickpeas (1 Cup dried, cooked)
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot Puree (I used this)
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 2 Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Dried Tarragon
  • 1-2 Tsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 TB Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin
  • 3-4 TB Water (as needed)

Instruction

  • In a large food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth!
