Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 400 g Tofu (preferably extra firm – 1 package ()
- 1 small Onion (chopped)
- 1 small Bell pepper (chopped)
- 4 stalks Spring onions / scallions (with the greens )
- 2 cloces Garlic (chopped finely)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Chili sauce (Adjust based on your tastes)
- 2 tbsp Corn starch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds (to garnish - optional)
Instruction
- Drain the tofu well and remove most of the moisture by wrapping it in several paper towels and pressing it down with a weight. Then chop them into small cubes. Add the corn flour, salt and pepper to the chopped tofu and mix it well.
