Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 400 g Tofu (preferably extra firm – 1 package ()
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
  • 1 small Bell pepper (chopped)
  • 4 stalks Spring onions / scallions (with the greens )
  • 2 cloces Garlic (chopped finely)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Chili sauce (Adjust based on your tastes)
  • 2 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds (to garnish - optional)

Instruction

  • Drain the tofu well and remove most of the moisture by wrapping it in several paper towels and pressing it down with a weight. Then chop them into small cubes. Add the corn flour, salt and pepper to the chopped tofu and mix it well.
