Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Cups Liquid Egg Whites
- 2 Cups Chopped Cooked Broccoli
- 2 Ounces Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
- sprinke of parsley (chives, and red pepper flakes to taste)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Whisk together all ingredients except red pepper flakes
- spray/oil an 8x8 casserole dish and pour egg mixture in
- Top with sprinkle of red pepper flakes across the top
- Bake for 40-45minutes or until eggs are completely set
- Let cool for 5-10minutes before eating
