Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Cups Liquid Egg Whites
  • 2 Cups Chopped Cooked Broccoli
  • 2 Ounces Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • sprinke of parsley (chives, and red pepper flakes to taste)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Whisk together all ingredients except red pepper flakes
  • spray/oil an 8x8 casserole dish and pour egg mixture in
  • Top with sprinkle of red pepper flakes across the top
  • Bake for 40-45minutes or until eggs are completely set
  • Let cool for 5-10minutes before eating
