Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 cup hot sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 lb skirt steak or other cut of beef
Instruction
- Whisk together first 7 ingredients. Pour over meat and refrigerate for 4 hours, up to overnight.
- Remove meat from marinade and grill until meat has reached desired temperature.
- Skirt steak cooks really quick. It only takes about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
