Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 16 ounces fresh green beans
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2/3 cups coconut milk
Instruction
- Trim the ends off the green beans and rinse them under cool water.
- Heat coconut oil over medium heat and add green beans. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper and cook another 5 minutes, stirring periodically.
- Add coconut milk and chili garlic sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 25-30 minutes. The beans should be tender but not mushy when done.
- Remove from heat and add additional salt to taste if necessary.
