Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 g thin sausage (beef)
  • 3 tbs tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbs brown sugar

Instruction

  • Lay sausages in an ovenproof dish and slit each one lengthwise.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together until smooth.
  • Spoon mixture into each cut sausage.
  • Bake at 200C for 30 minutes.
  • Drain off any excess fat before serving.
