Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 500 g thin sausage (beef)
- 3 tbs tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tbs brown sugar
Instruction
- Lay sausages in an ovenproof dish and slit each one lengthwise.
- Mix remaining ingredients together until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into each cut sausage.
- Bake at 200C for 30 minutes.
- Drain off any excess fat before serving.
