Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Apples (cored and cubed )
  • 4 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Fresh Jalapeño (seeded and diced )
  • 1 Anaheim Pepper (seeded and diced )
  • 1 Small Red Onion (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt (or to taste)

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine the apples and lime juice.
  • Stir in jalapeño and Anaheim chilies.
  • Stir in red onion, cilantro, walnuts, ginger and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
