Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup natural Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsps madras curry
  • 2 Tbsps cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 3.333 cups Prawn (ready-to-cook)
  • Ghee (or clarified butter)
  • 2 tsps Chili powder

Instruction

  • Mix together the yoghurt, curry powder, coriander and pinch of salt. Add prawns and cover well with the marinade. Leave to steep for two hours.
  • Heat two tbsp ghee in a pan and quickly fry the prawns on a high heat on all sides. Add the remaining marinade and allow to thicken. Sprinkle the prawns with chilli powder and serve immediately.
