Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1000 g Pumpkin (1kg), peeled, deseeded, coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh lemon rind finely grated
- 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon (large pinch)
Instruction
- Cook pumpkin in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Return to saucepan. Mash well.
- Stir in lemon rind and cinnamon. Season with salt and pepper.
