Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower about 10oz or 300g
  • 1/2 Tablespoon butter melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2-3 Tablespoon lime juice

Instruction

  • In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower several times until you get the desired size.
  • Transfer the cauliflower rice to a mixing bowl. Add the melted butter and toss. Then add the rest of the seasonings to the bowl and stir until well combined.
  • In a lightly greased cake pan, air fry at 350F (175C) for about 10 minutes, stir 1-2 times in between (or until you reach desired tenderness)
  • Stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice to serve.
