Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 50 g spelt
  • 50 g dried green lentils
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 125 g ball of buffalo mozzarella
  • a few basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch black pepper
  • Pinch salt

Instruction

  • Cook the spelt and lentils according to the pack instructions.   I needed to boil the spelt for just over an hour and the lentils for about 25 minutes.  Drain and leave to cool.
  • Mix all the ingredients together. Add extra oil, vinegar or seasoning if necessary.
