Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 50 g spelt
- 50 g dried green lentils
- 3 tomatoes
- 125 g ball of buffalo mozzarella
- a few basil leaves
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch black pepper
- Pinch salt
Instruction
- Cook the spelt and lentils according to the pack instructions. I needed to boil the spelt for just over an hour and the lentils for about 25 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.
- Mix all the ingredients together. Add extra oil, vinegar or seasoning if necessary.
