Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 single chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 tbs butter
- 220 g canned mushroom
- 1 tbs brandy
- 1/3 cup cream
Instruction
- Coat chicken fillets with seasoned flour. Heat oil and butter in a frying pan and cook fillets until golden brown and tender.
- Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
- Drain oil from pan. Add mushrooms, brandy and cream and bring to the boil.
- Season with salt and pepper, simmer very gently for 3 minutes.
- Spoon sauce over chicken and serve immediately.
