Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 single chicken breast fillet
  • 2 tbs plain flour
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 220 g canned mushroom
  • 1 tbs brandy
  • 1/3 cup cream

Instruction

  • Coat chicken fillets with seasoned flour. Heat oil and butter in a frying pan and cook fillets until golden brown and tender.
  • Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
  • Drain oil from pan. Add mushrooms, brandy and cream and bring to the boil.
  • Season with salt and pepper, simmer very gently for 3 minutes.
  • Spoon sauce over chicken and serve immediately.
