Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can low sodium Spam (cut in half)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion divide
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • 1/4 cup diced spam.
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Jack and Colby cheese
  • 2 Tablespoon Unagi or Teriyaki sauce (mix with 1 Tablespoon water to dilute if necessary)

Instruction

  • Cut spam into 1/2 inch slices then cut out the center. Dice the center portion and mix with rice, egg, green onion.
  • Line the fryer basket with a lightly greased aluminum foil. Place the Spam frames in the basket and scoop the rice mixture back into the center. Air fry at 320F (190C) for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the rice mixture and air fry again at 380F (190C) for 3-4 minutes,
  • Drizzle with some Unagi or teriyaki sauce and sprinkle some green onion to serve.
