Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 can low sodium Spam (cut in half)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion divide
- White pepper powder to taste
- 1/4 cup diced spam.
- 1/3 cup Shredded Jack and Colby cheese
- 2 Tablespoon Unagi or Teriyaki sauce (mix with 1 Tablespoon water to dilute if necessary)
Instruction
- Cut spam into 1/2 inch slices then cut out the center. Dice the center portion and mix with rice, egg, green onion.
- Line the fryer basket with a lightly greased aluminum foil. Place the Spam frames in the basket and scoop the rice mixture back into the center. Air fry at 320F (190C) for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the rice mixture and air fry again at 380F (190C) for 3-4 minutes,
- Drizzle with some Unagi or teriyaki sauce and sprinkle some green onion to serve.
