Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 oz cans of lentil soup (10 ¾)
  • 1 oz can of diced tomatoes (14 ½)
  • 1 oz of tomato sauce (15 can)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound cooked spaghetti
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Instruction

  • In a large skillet with deep sides, sauté onions in olive oil over medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  • Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute more.
  • Add lentil soup, diced, tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Serve over pasta and top with grated parmesan cheese.
