Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 oz cans of lentil soup (10 ¾)
- 1 oz can of diced tomatoes (14 ½)
- 1 oz of tomato sauce (15 can)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound cooked spaghetti
- Grated parmesan cheese
Instruction
- In a large skillet with deep sides, sauté onions in olive oil over medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute more.
- Add lentil soup, diced, tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve over pasta and top with grated parmesan cheese.
