Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cup cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup finely chopped mango cubed
  • FOR MANGO SAUCE - 1 ripe mango finely chopped
  • 1 drop oil
  • Half cup water
  • 3 tsp white sugar
  • FOR CARAMEL SYRUP- 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 drop oil
  • Little water

Instruction

  • For the mango sauce- 1 - combine the mango cubes , water and oil in a nonstick pan and cook till the mango turns soft and shiny .
  • 2 - mash the mango mixture using a spatula until it is nice and saucy . Transfer to a bowl and keep in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  • For the caramel syrup - combine the sugar , water and oil in a non stick pan and cook until sugar starts becomes brown .
  • How to proceed - in a big serving bowl combine the speghetti and caramel syrup and mix well . Pour the mango sauce and mango cubes over it. Keep into refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Serve chilled
